A leading savings and loans company in Ghana is seeking to appoint a Board Member with
expertise in Legal matters to enhance governance and oversight.
The Ideal Candidate
- Bachelor of Laws (LLB) and a Professional Qualifying Certificate in Law.
- Qualified lawyer with a minimum of 10 years of experience (Corporate, commercial law, or Governance).
- Membership in good standing with a recognised Bar Association.
- Prior Board-level experience is an advantage.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide legal oversight on governance, risk, and compliance matters.
- Advise on regulatory obligations and emerging legal risks.
- Support board decisions with a legal perspective.
- Serve on relevant board committees as required.
