A leading savings and loans company in Ghana seeking to appoint a Board Member with expertise in Finance and Accounting to strengthen its governance and enhance strategic oversight of financial management and internal controls
The Ideal Candidate
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related discipline.
- Chartered Accountant (CA, ACCA, CPA) in good standing
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in financial reporting, accounting, financial management.
- Prior Board-level experience is an advantage.
Key Responsibilities
- Support sound financial stewardship and governance.
- Serve on Finance Committee
- Review and advise on financial policies and audit processes to ensure regulatory practices.
- Oversee the effectiveness of internal financial controls
