Consistently for 6 years, Florence has provided Consultations on Corporate Governance for the IFC in Ghana and other parts of Africa and has provided remarkable support to regulators and market players on Governance. As part of providing support for board development, Florence leads a team of consultants to deliver training for boards of Banks and SDIs annually under the supervision of the Bank of Ghana as part of the sector’s Corporate Governance requirements which she worked with the BOG to issue. Florence is currently leading a team of consultants to develop a curriculum on Corporate Governance for training boards and management of SOEs in Ghana.

Florence, as an IFC Certified Corporate Governance Trainer has designed and delivered many workshops for boards and company secretaries of financial institutions and other institutions in Ghana and other countries for IFC. Florence has skills in corporate governance audit or assessment of institutions, board evaluation, governance codes development, adult facilitation and curriculum development.

She started her career with KPMG providing Audit and Advisory services to clients in the financial and non-financial sectors. She holds a Masters from Edinburgh Business School, Scotland-UK, a Professional Executive Masters in ADR from the University of Virgin Island- USA/GCADRC and is pursuing a Doctorate Program in Corporate Governance at the University of Edinburgh- UK.
