He has an LLB (Law) from the University of Ghana, Legon, an LLM degree from the University of Georgia, USA and an MPA and PhD from Clemson University in South Carolina, USA. He is a member of the Ghana Bar Association and the State of Georgia Bar, USA as a foreign Law Consultant.
